Beta Mudimar - 4x4 Off-Road Miramar Pickup 2.0

-Added Convertible body style
-Added a low-profile body style for the Hawk
-Fixed the double steering wheels on the Mudimar pickups
-Added a USDM front bumper to match the USDM front ends
-Fixed issues with the V8 transmission caused by recent BeamNG update

- Added Camper Shell for pickup bed, model by Nebulon
- Added Chrome Double Roll Bar for pickup bed (Lights will be added shortly)
- Added 1400kg Wodden Planks pickup bed
- Fixed USDM taillights not showing up correctly on the stock body
- Fixed fuel tank clipping through off-road suspension
- Fixed texture on pickup bed rear fender flares

Note: The low-profile pickup has issues with the steering inverting, this will be adressed in a future update.
