Gave Kenji's BX better powertrain internals to uphold it's boss car status.

Added Bushido skin for Covet

Adjusted the prices for Career Mode.

Fixed the stripes being duplicated on a spoiler of Yumi's Sunburst.
Renamed some of the skins: "Nikki Beta" to "Nikki's Beta Livery", "Kenji's Stacked Deck" to "Kenji's Stacked Deck Livery" and "Kenji's" to "Kenji".

A little hotfix: Neville's Bolide and Nikki's Scintilla were lacking the new lisence plate design.
Also fixed the line being offset on the back of Yumi's Sunburst.

Two new skins for Bolide: Neville (includes two configs) and Cross
One new skin for the old Pessima: Neville
One new skin for Wendover: Neville
One new skin for Scintilla: Nikki
Made some minor improvements for Darius (improved the area under the taillights) and Kenji's Stacked Deck (above the right headlight)...

Added a new "Bonus" skin for the Bolide.
Made more improvements to "Kenji's" and "Bonus" configs for the BX-Series: the rev limiter is now set to 7k instead of 7.5k, which makes it harder to damage the engine, also made changes to to nitrous parameters.
