New Jersey Transit 2.1

Version 2.0 adds configurations in the vehicle selector for both variants of the NJ transit skin for the Wentward and the Dansworth.

The seal of New Jersey has also been added to all skins for added realism, as I neglected to notice this on the driver's side on real life NJ Transit buses.

Again, please let me know if anything appears incorrect, or if you have any ideas! Thanks to PSProductions Twin T for the suggestion to make a version of this skin for the Dansworth!
