This update adds:

• Better AI support - AI Traffic should now stop doing silly things like stopping in the middle of the road for no reason.
• Smoother roads - Quite a bit of roads seemed to have had unusual bumps, so I ironed them out.
• Revised Ocean View - The neighborhood in that area is now more realistic and should be less confusing to drive...
