Norwegian License Plate Mega Pack 1.3.8

This small update adds support for the new parts added in v0.28 of BeamNG, so the mod is fully functional with the changes made to the ETK 800 and ETK K-Series.
You can now also install standard EU plates, US plates and 30x8.5cm plates on the side on the front bumper on these two cars. The US plate is fitted on the right side (passenger side) while the other two are fitted on the left side (driver side), as it's commonly done in real life.
