Minor update with fixes and new names for the license plate designs in the design selector, which should make it easier to find the right license plate.

- Plate design name format changed from Norway (<Year-Year>) - <Type> to Norway - <Type> (<Year-Year>)
- Fixed lowercase æ and å not working
