Another small update

• Added handbrake prop to the interior.
  
• Collapsed liveries for all cars to improve performance on low end systems.
• Changed boot release material on the promo car from plastic to gloss paint.

Updated the vehicle select thumbnails, that's about it.

• New Castrado JTCC car
• New Promo car
• Fixed the missing intercooler texture
• Changed the headlight and grille trims from chrome to plastic on all variants excluding the Promo car
