Backstory:
Back in 1990 Null Modification Industries (NMI) created a highly secretive R&D area, since that time many people broke in, including very dangerous and smart criminals. Luckily no info has been publicly released by the break-ins, thanks to the high security.

NMI heard of a secret operation being planned, involving 126 people in a raid on the NMI R&D facility, which would be happening on July 4th, 1999 the raiders thinking everybody would be drunk, but at that time, the R&D facility would finish creating the HAHSAV, one hour before the raid started, this fully automated vehicle, would end up killing 68 of the raiders, seriously injuring 11, and causing minor injuries to 35, letting 12 escape unscathed.
