Update notes:
- Fixed rendering bug in tunnels; all cars should now be rendered before entering/exiting the tunnels
- Fixed AI roads; switched traffic direction and added AI roads to missing bridges
- Fixed tunnel markings in Jungle Rock Island
- Added new derby arena in the center of the Utah map
- Several fixes and adjustments of foliage and objects all over
