- Fixed issue that caused some configs to appear without light bars after the 0.25 update

- Fixed the H-Series textures that were broken by the 0.24 update
- Updated H-Series configs with new parts

- Updated all skins to PBR (Except for the charger as it does not support PBR)
- Remade config thumbnails for PBR
- Changed the H-Series OPP Forensics config to the long wheelbase frame
- Removed trim from Grand Marshall skin
