After receiving feedback mentioning that the OP Driveshafts were not strong enough, I decided to test it out myself.
I used a T Series drag modification, which produces around 9000 lb-ft torque and nearly 15,400 hp, and increased the beam strength of the Rear Driveshaft to around '999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999'.
After fully pressing on the gas pedal, the Driveshaft would almost instantly snap, I even tried using "FLT_MAX" for the beam strength but the mod wouldn't be recognized if I did so, but after removing the trucks bed and using slow Mo, I noticed that the differential would rotate upwards during full acceleration causing the Driveshaft to "break", after that I also found a post from "Diamondback" who's part of the Beamng Team stating that "Shafts only break from physical stress. So there is no maximum torque or anything that would make them break."
Therefore I've determined that the OP Driveshafts don't break because they're not strong enough, they break because of physical stress from the differential moving upwards, so please take this in consideration before leaving a review, since there's only so much I can do to increase the Driveshafts strength before another part causes issues.
Finally one last thing I've decided to do to try to help super high hp config users is that I have increased every vehicles Driveshaft beam strength to the same value I've mentioned before.
