Pack Of Fictional Liveries 1.2

First update to this pack.
YOU NO LONGER NEED ADDITIONAL MODS FOR THIS TO WORK.

Firstly:
Added my own flat lightbars to the vehicles which needed them so you will no longer need the fiction pack. H series configs have been updated from 0.24 giving us passenger vans.

Secondly:
The 3 revamped vehicles (bolide, van and pessima) have now been revamped and brought back to life. They work on the newest versions and they have been given new configs after their updates.
The thumbnails have been updated on them as well.



Finally:
a bunch of slight joke liveries have been added, called the " H Liveries. " Stupid name right?



Wrong.
Each config has mostly been maxed out in tunings to be utterly ridiculous. Stupid? Yes. Do I care, absolutely not.
