Beta Paxel Walrus 7.1: Out With The Old...

Version 4.0 is here, and it's the biggest update yet! Thanks to @SRT_Gamer and @Mikah 01, this update includes not one, but two bowel-emptyingly fast versions of the Paxel Walrus.

First up is the Paxel Walrus Cup, suggested by @SRT_Gamer. Using an upsized engine from the SS, power is not something it lacks.
