Experimental Pennsylvania Special Fund Tiger License Plate 1.0

So I was bored today and decided to make a very basic design of one of my favorite license plates. It has some issues, so I'll list them here.

I couldn't change the name of it, so in the game it's just called "New License Plate" sorry about that

I don't know how to make the text on it editable, so you just have to stick with the text on it.

I made this in MS Paint by taking a license plate template and slapping the PA Tiger on it, so its kind of bad.
