Alpha Peruvian License Plates Pack 2.0

Hey everyone , after a while i added spawn text to the plates , so now when you refresh , you get proper plate text and not random stuff , also i added 7 new plates , i whouldn't been able to archive this update without my friend elpatitoinsano on Discord , who helped me providing with some 75'-09' series Duplicate , International Mission and Diplomatic plate textures (Some of the new plates) , and some extra information about plates from him.
Also once you install the new updated file , delete peruvianlicenseplate.zip file if you had the mod previously

So here's the changelog:
- Added 7 new plates!
* 95' Series Diplomatic Corps and International Mission
* 74'-09' Series Duplicate License Plates (White, Yellow and Blue)
* 2010 Series Public Service Motorcycle (Used in tuktuks/rickshaws generally)
* 69'-74' Series Lambayeque and Ica Regional Plates
- Added Spawn Text (So when you refresh the plate text you won't have to manually write the plate)
