Outdated Petrol & Diesel V8 engines for the ETK 800/K series 4.2.1

Hey all, I didn't worked a lot on this mod recently but here's still a few improvements and a few fixes for bugs that appeared after the update :
- Tweaked all the turbochargers sound that got heavily changed after the update.
- Tweaked the engine sound that was changed too by the update.
- Fixed (I guess ?) the broken thumbnails of the etk800.
- This mod is now fully compatible with the etk S Series, no configs though and the car will spawn with no exhaust, you'll need to add them manually as well as the specific V8 drivemodes (to avoid bad exhaust sound with the sport exhaust).
- Probably more things that I forgot but you'll probably won't notice it anyway.

I started to make new high rpm gauges but I definitely lack of artistic talent, if anybody that has some decent talents in texturing wants to help me, I would highly appreciate it !
