Outdated Petrol & Diesel V8 engines for the ETK 800/K series 4.2.1

Hello all,

I've been really busy with studies this year so I didn't spent much time on improving this mod like I used to, but I still managed to work on it at random times. Almost one year after the first release of the mod, I created a Diesel V8 engine to the ETK800 ! It is some sort of a mix between an W211 E420 CDI/A8 V8 TDI and a G30 M550d

Here's a (probably incomplete) patchnote of everything I added to this update :

- Added a new 4.1L Diesel V8 engine ONLY compatible with the ETK800
- 3 level of power : 280HP, 350HP, 450HP
- 6 new configs : 858td, 858txd+, 858 tdSport+ (both in manual and automatic)
- 2 different exhausts (stock and tdSport)
- 2 different engine blocks, a normal one supposed to reproduce the "old" german diesel V8 and a performance one supposed to reproduce the modern german diesels (like the B57 engine)

That's all for now, but keep in mind I spent a lot of time tweaking and testing this engine to make it as realistic as possible. If you find any bugs feel free to contact me.
