Beta Phool Start 1.6

Thanks to @carambolage for all the following changes and improvements!

• Added low power ECU and N/A intake for the 1.5 turbo engine
• Fixed oil pan incorrect naming and slots causing issues under certain scenarios
• Removed custom plates from all configs
• Solved duplicate parts issues popping up in the console
• Torque curves of the "normal" and "low octane" inline-4 got swapped
• Fixed 500 rpm error in the stronger 1,5L
• Fixed fender color issue when...

• Added 1.2L i3 engine back
• Fixed LHD diesel gauges not having accurate RPM readings
• Added optional diesel ECU (75 PS / 180 Nm)
• Fixed fueltank variables not matching the fuelCapacity
• Fixed i3 turbo not having a turbo flexbody

• Decreased total weight under 1200 kg
  • Includes weight decrease in Super parts

• Added N/A i3 Engine
  • Has N/A exhaust headers and a normal intake straight to the engine block

• Fender indicators can now be (sort of) broken
