Outdated Pigeon Longbed 1.01

Changed the engine to use the default Pigeon engine slot, so if you have upgraded engines from other mods they now should work with the long frame. (The electric motor from Daddelzeit's Pack of stuff doesn't work, you can't add the battery pack and the mesh is near the original rear axle).
Had to add an extra jbeam with an adapter to fit the long exhaust to the default engines.
