Outdated Porsche 911/930 Beta 0.6

Big ol' note at the beginning:
- The old version of this car had the filename "camso_porsche_935.zip" but this one has "camso_porsche_911_930"! Please, before you update, delete your old version of the car before installing the new one.
(However, I think unsubscribing and re-subscribing from in-the-game would help with that too)

Fixes:
- Renamed "Camso Porsche 911/930" in-game
- Weakened Brakes a bit, gave them more smooth-ish braking.
