Simply put.. Powerups!

  1. Bug fixes

    Neverless
    Fixes
    - Fixed traffic vehicles being stuck within some active powerups (eg. Fetzi, Barrier, Tire Spikes, Snipers). Thanks @Bulbert for reporting it! This fix is temporary, in the future the powerups lib will support a AI logic controller, so that powerups can decide when and if to execute.

    - Fixed the repair powerup crashing the game if a vehicle was deleted that had its ghosting effect active. Thanks...

    - Powerup groups now stack! Pickup a Cannon powerup and then another Cannon and it increases the level of the powerup like a charge does!

    - Completly rewritten the negative active powerup. The negative "Remove 1 Charge" has been removed and >20 different negatives been added! Some pretty effects rich, others very simple.

    - Added new Powerup Repair I and II

    - Now also supports "The Crash Hard 2.0" Map!...

    - Added check into the render distance routine to check for disabled vehicles to disable their powerup execution and render (ai related). This may introduce an issue with powerup effects...
