Beta QR Velo Raptor 1.1

This is a small update to remap the engine. The performance from automation to beamng wasn't as potent as expected so has been remapped to make the torque and power more available whilst bring down the weight a little. All changes give it an increase 0-60 and overall better drivability, especially offroad.
