Random Canadian Transit Liveries for DT40L 1.1

Darken the TransLink's blue, (but also toughen the edges in the process.)
Added more liveries: Lethbridge Transit, Saskatoon Transit, and West Vancouver Transit.

I have to apologize that the DDS compression made the images blurry, and even messy in some cases. I tried hard to fix the obvious graphics errors, but in some circumstances, the image is so messy, and/or the file won't save properly. As of now, all the liveries look fine from afar, and I don't think you would want to do any extreme close-ups anyways. But if you have any experiences on how to export DDS properly, I would appreciate if you could share it here. Thank you!
