      Its fictional, I came up with it myself, as I find the Vanillia LSPD Livery a bit...too much like the LAPD, and too bland in itself

    Can you add the Raccoon Police Department from the Original Resident Games from the 90s
    The License Plate is based off California's Exempt License used from 1987 to 1998 but the California on top is replaced with Raccoon with the same red color

      Firstly:
      How about "Can you **PLEASE** make X?

      Secondly:
      Maybe, don't expect it to happen, I'm not really motivated to do Requested Liveries, but I like the idea and was planning on doing some RPD Liveries at one point, so this would fit.
