Beta Republic of Wintergreen License Plate Pack 2025.03

After almost a year of the last remake, I finally got around to updating and remaking this mod for the third time.
From now on, the licence plates pack will now be divided into regional and national plates, starting with Central Wintergreen. Below is a list of changes that have been done:

• Remade all licence plate designs from scratch.
• Changed the EU licence plate formats into US ones for consistency.
• Removed the pre-1958 licence plates as I didn't like how they turned out....

...again. Why do I keep making the same mistake?!

• Added 1950 number plate designs.
  
• Completely reworked 1958, 1966, and 1974 plate designs, as I felt they looked almost the same with very tiny differences.
• Small improvements.

Added some little details to all number plates and fixed some proportions, as I felt they had little to non-existent detail. I have also added 1958 and 1974 plates.

Self-explanatory.

I have decided to remake this mod as I was not happy with how it turned out. The changes are subtle, but they make quite a difference compared to the previous version. I have also added 1966-1982 number plates, available for both US and EU sized plates.

Corrected the .zip structure so the mod can work properly.
