Reset State Keeper 0.8.3

Thanks for reporting that the HUD panel can reopen expanded after a vehicle reset. In v0.8.1, Reset State Keeper starts with the compact fuel icon whenever its HUD app is created or reinitialized. Click the icon to expand the panel when you need the controls. Vehicle-state handling, reset actions, fuel controls, and saved settings are unchanged.
