JDM Sport RS and RS-Aero models now have 2.0L engines instead of 2.5L (thanks @macutelitako for suggestion and files)

changed up some configs a bit

• Fixed hood latch broken by 0.36 update

• Added ETC reader with working voice for JDM configs

• Added RHD CVT and DCT shifters (thanks @Hoang Sean and @JCX034 !)
• Added beater config (beater parts included!) and two used configs (Russian Plates Pack by htnv required for beater config: https://www.beamng.com/resources/russian-license-plates-by-htnv.25983/)
  
• Added 180 KPH limited ECUS for JDM configs

• Fixed lightweight dashboards missing some parts
• Small changes to N4 rally config
• Fixed hood trigger (thanks @Hoang Sean !)

• Mod size drastically reduced because I figured our how to compress thumbnails while still maintaining decent quality

• Added 180 KPH speedometers for JDM base models
• Fixed engine bay being invisible

• Added race interior parts (dash, offset pedals and seats, race cage)
  
• Headlight beam pattern is now correct
• Engine bay now has master cylinder on correct side
• Added RHD rear fog lights
• Column now spins
