It's just more of beautiful big map than ever before!
Took 1 minute and 12 seconds to load first time in newest game version and 1 minute 3 seconds second time, so that is not bad considering how massive amount of data there is.

Nice PC - That should last you a LONG time. My i7 4790k is a bit aged but is far from out-for-the-count yet - I refuse to update it until it explodes or I throw it out of the side of the house. The 32gb is GOOD, will keep that system relevant, surely that cost a pretty penny with today's prices. I was going to update mine - NOPE not now, not with these prices on RAM.
High reflections really give a lot of poly's to show, so they do stomp on the frame rate a bit and hence your lower fps numbers. I have run this 100% maxed and it does get noticeably slower in some spots, it really shouldn't go below 30 fps by too much on any half-decent video setup because the reflections aren't set to go faster than 30fps (to prevent it from becoming unplayable, it's a map setting). So since the update to 0.9 game version I left it to defaults high detail +basic reflections + shadows and it runs great.
Thanks for posting feedback on how it runs - it helps me know the demographic a little better (who I am making the map for). What I gather is that with 0.9 Beamng.drive version and 0.71 map version it runs MUCH better for everyone. --Cheers

Thank you so much for all the effort you put into this. It really blows other maps away and shows off the game's potential. The scope and attention to detail really amazes me.

aside from yellow signs some props are too big imo http://i.imgur.com/OyI2Ndp.jpg , but the map is amazing. You can really see the amount of work put into it

Yes that's a 0.9 bug with my models, that didn't pop up before.
They're part of the forest brush, thankfully they're the only thing that got messed with on size.
There's some notextures on the house porches on a few models, but other than that, it should be good to go (a few spawns may not work as intended).
I have a new version coming up within the next week or so, that got delayed by the new version update. Look for it and the signs will be fixed, new content will be added, but multiple-spawn-point feature is removed due to the trouble it caused (it may or may not return at a later date).
I will see everyone about a week from now, maybe things will be better with the update. The update is 1.72GB uncompressed :x Hope ya'all have unlimited internet. --Thanks for the update, but I've got it covered now.

Absolutely Amazing! It's officially one of the most detailed and we'll constructed maps on BeamNG.Drive. It's nice to see a fully detailed country map for roll playing.

Thanks a bunch, It's been a labor of love here. It's fun to just drive sometimes, and for that, as much as I enjoy doing it, this map is definitely good for such (and I made sure of it). If you have any requests, please stop by the discussion thread. Next version will have: A dozen or more miles of main roadways (estimated), a few miles more residential sideroads too. There will be some dirt area with mounds to jump about on where one day a lap circut might be. Lots of jumps are being worked into the next version, including a jump both ways clean across the Emory river just outside of Harriman. Speaking of Harriman, I've gotten over half the town finished off. Slowly, but surely, it's getting there. Next month should see an update.
--Cheers until then!

no shadows and some fog keeps me at a steady 67-79fps with 4 cars excellent map for chases hands down! dedication is what makes a great map down to the tiny details of the road/highway system. without the fog i am at 48-56fps with 4 cars... still awesome.. cant wait for an update.. please try to blow up my PC! you work is great!

Well glad to hear you have good performance on it, and that you enjoy the map! 4 vehicles with 16gb or more of RAM in your system (in addition to have a pagefile enabled, also called 'virtual memory'), should leave you with a fun time for quite a bit. Careful with 6~8 vehicles or more (watch ram usage) as RAM use can go through the ceiling on such a large map quite quickly! Shadows, Reflection, and draw-distance play an equally large part in hitting your FPS, as shadows are also done on the CPU. You'll most likely quite enjoy next month's planned update, currently working on Harriman area. I've already added over a dozen more miles of roads, too - possibly almost two-dozen. See you then and thanks for writing in!
