Russian License Plates by htnv 1.4

After this update, license plates will not be automatically loaded when loading configurations where they were installed. Save your configurations again to fix this. Sorry about that :c

- Added Federal license plate (199? - 2007)


- Added new styles for Regular, Regular, Without flag & Transut plates (information in mod description)

Font update - fixed some letters and changed the thickness of characters. Fixed character "C". Increased font resolution
Resolution of US-Size plate increased
Added function "Extra Styles" for Regular license plates - style without holes. (just enter "!2" after the text)

For regular plates: trailer format - "xx000077", for tractors and construction vehicels - "0000xx77"


New trailer formats for police and military plates. For police - "000x77", For military plates - "xx000077"

77 - region code (of course you can enter any code)
x - one of the latin letters "ABEKMHOPCTYX"

1. Diplomatic license plates.

Formats: "000CD077" - for ambassador's vehicles, "000y00077" (y - letter 'D' or 'T') - for vehicles owned by rank-and-file diplomats (D) or technical staff of embassies (T)

2. Transit (temporary) license plates.

Format: "xx000x77"
