Unsupported SAC 2143 "Signal" Pack Part 1 10.1

Hello once more. This update is fairly small, so let's get it out of the way really quick. It adds 2 more versions of the car, those that you could see on daily basis in 2000's Russia.

First of all, Taxi Version!





It's nothing special, just a taxi based on the facelift of 1998. A small taxi paintjob, a toplight and an antenna on the rear. Hit Alt+N to make the toplight work.



Secondly, Broken Down version!





Old, rusty, taken apart SAC Signal, which was stuck under the blue sky for years. The engine, the tires, the rear suspension, the brakes and the electronics are busted. Be careful with this car, as it'll probably blow up the engine in the first few minutes of driving.
