After a lot of fiddiling and asking in forums, I have managed to get a working Engine file.
The car now has a working Supercharger!
Changes:
-Added a working Supercharger
-Removed Turbos
-Added Windscreen wipers + Windscreen washer nozzels
-Improved stats: 0-100km/h in 2.8 instead of 3.2 seconds
-Added grip/ car now doesnt need TCS to be drivable
-Added standartised Vehicle icon

Fixed Sound
The engine now sounds like an american car and not like a Ferrari.

The Vehicle icon in the Vehicle selector now isnt whited out anymore.
