As well a few additional tweaks and life of improvements across the whole level.

Small fixes for the v1.1 (PBR) update
- Fixed a missing road texture

PBR & Lighting Update
This update fixes several issues that showed up as the game progressed, such as the broken atmosphere color and so on. This update is for v0.23 and up.
Changelog:
- Updated roads and guardrails materials to PBR
- Fixed some materials appearance
- Refreshed road textures
- Fixed sky colors, added proper gradients
