tweaked some stuff on the tailights ( facelift )

Changed Rotten skin ( looks much better Credits to Duckbug100 )

Fixed Automatic transmission halfshafts ( finally )

fixed a couple little things

Slightly changed the rust and unwashed skins
( some skins i could not really apply it to, but for the most part that is okay )

Added missing window tinting to the estate Trunk Glass

Removed info_frame.json based on someones feedback it was causing crashes upon removing the engine? still need feedback on this though i think its caused by the original mod

Renamed a couple little things

Added new halogen light system ( sorta WIP ish still but works fine )

Added another rust skin

Changed some names of stuff and what not
