Satsuma Expansion V1.7.1

General polishing of some things that i figured needed it

Revised A few configs

Removed Project stingray

Refreshed all the thumbnails
( the devs changed how the thumbnail generator is and they are much lower res at the moment BUT it did make the mod less bloated atleast )

Added a work around for removing the engine
Note: its not perfect but works as it should, removing the subframe still causes a crash so beware of that, the Issue is probably fixed on the next satsuma update ( not the expansion ) so this was made for the time being on the current version as is
