Satsuma Expansion V1.9.5.4

-added new JDM GT configs
-added sedan versions of the X-1R

-fixed a majority of the Automatic configs not having the gov limiter ( hopefully )
-changed the US police cars to be based on the 130 GT platform
-added AO maps to some of the police skins
-fixed a couple of the broken police skins that were for the estate body style

-removed the adjustable FFB. didn't really work that well
-tweaked the UV on the preface GT grille badging
-added missing GL fender badges for the coupes GL lettering
-added a new variant of the adjustable rev limiter that has an adjustable idle speed
-fixed the baja config being called a wagon instead of a sedan. used to be a wagon
-fixed the weird crooked EU plate on the normal front bumper
-added charge light to the coupe dash
-relocated the race tach shift light on the coupe dash due to...

-set core slot to false on the intake and manifold ( so you can remove them fully )
-reduced the heavy duty block diesel rev limiter a bit to prevent over rev that i noticed


known issues:
even if the intake or manifold is removed the engine still runs LOL
( this feature was added only for visual sake )
diesel engines do not have an intake when you first install them

-added proper AO map to one of the coupe racing skins

-fixed the glass materials
-fixed some configs being Custom instead of Factory

-added colorable coupe front lip. pretty sure this accidentally got removed??
-redid the radiator cooling fan port on the coupe. bit better than the other one

-changed some stuff on the satsuma badged X-1R fascia grille ( fixed S badge UV )
-added an alternate non red version of the X-1R fascia grille badge

-fixed empty interiors
now named stripped interiors, some LHD or RHD versions may not remove everything once you install them, will look into this later

-fixed RHD mirror showing up as an optional on the LHD interior ( coupe )

-changed how the race fascia is set up ( spoiler and signals are now seperate )
-added body mounted signals
-added X1-R fascia supported rally lights
-changed one of the coupe race cars a little
-fixed a few of the race car names
