Added a cooling fan to the rural model since i forgot to add that before

note: the weights on alot of configs may be inaccurate i didn't have time to go through every single one and some do not have a value either and that is intended

Fixed the name of one of the Early USDM fenders
Fixed the name of one of the Early USDM external indicators

added early style indicators and reflectors to all early USDM models
updated all thumbnails
fixed the finnish plate design not showing up on configs that should have it

finally fixed the textures of the RPM Clock Race and Blank gauges so they aren't shiny for no reason

note: the fan shroud on the preface is for some reason completly chrome and i can't seem to fix that so i guess it will be chrome for now ig

changed the filename of the finnish plates
