Scintilla GT3 Racing Parts 2.0.2

Hey there, since the mod was noticed by a big youtuber, Ermin HamSandwich, he pointed out the current problems i had to do something in haste because more people will get into, so as of now:
- A new skin! it doesn't change colors, and it's not finished, too little sponsors out there. Don't miss the car, the thumbnail is updated. Yeah don't scream much im not a designer at all xd.

- All tires are now 325 wide instead of ~300 we roughly had.

- Increased rear and front tyre traction (front considerably)
- Added a downforce tuning for both rear and front. Also increased front downforce, but with new tyre grip i won't add much by default since not much tested.

- Reduced overall brake power (tuning tab only), shifted balance to front, now we are not losing it braking hard on corners. It is also quite realistic from what i had in ACC, so using braking points you used to do in other games should be more familiar (i hope)
- Updated wheel preset, thanks @MjklSimpson.
- Covered glass gap when using fuel caps, these areas usually carbon covered in real gt3 so +realism.

- Raised the config's suspension back to 0, won't touch anymore probably.
Maybe that's all, i can't say, have many fixes and polish to do, the list is not ending, but im only 1 person to work on it so, be patient c:
Don't forget to try v8 sound, in my opinion it's better for interior drivers like me
