Experimental Semi Turbos for other vehicles 1.7

Version 1.5 just came out!

Supported more vehicles, I only added ones that have Turbos with actual turbo models, it would be unrealistic for me to add a Turbo to a certain vehicle that doesn't come with any turbos.

Anyways here is vehicle list of new supported vehicles.
