Fixed the look of number 4 to appear more realistically.

Completely revamped
The plates have, after a long period without an update, been renewed. They were remade using new plate system, you just need to press the "Regenerate License Plate" button, and you will get combination automatically.
EU size was finally added too.
The mod contains two types of plates (for 3 and 4 digits, because some areas use such a plates (taxi plates for bigger cities and normal ones from Belgrade).
