Serbian License Plate Pack 1.51

Fixed the look of number 4 to appear more realistically.

The plates have, after a long period without an update, been renewed. They were remade using new plate system, you just need to press the "Regenerate License Plate" button, and you will get combination automatically.
EU size was finally added too.
The mod contains two types of plates (for 3 and 4 digits, because some areas use such a plates (taxi plates for bigger cities and normal ones from Belgrade).

• Police plate moved to new Serbian Emergency and Public Services Pack
• Added new plate for the town of Koceljeva, which was introduced few days ago.

Tiny fix

After adding n files, plates are with relief now.

Added remaining cities plates and fixed non working ones.

Some fixes done. Now you can type words with more than 6 letters, because limit is now set at 8 letters.
