SG's Bruckell Nine Pack 1.2.4

- New engine swap: Bruckell 153 CUI 'Mileage Four' I4 for both frames! No tuning parts for now
- Can now use pickup beds on "Driver Seat & Fuel Tank (SG)" body
- Added new config: "Replica (A)"
- Added colorable grille variant
- Added black and colorable variants of vanilla vintage hubcaps (also on Nine's spare tire)
- Added debadged (plain) variants of vanilla vintage hubcaps including black and colorable versions (also on Nine's spare tire)
- Added short tractor exhausts for both of the flatheads
- Added "Customizable Steering Column" which is essentially the vanilla stock and custom columns combined into one part with a few extra options
- Added a debadged LeGran airbag steering wheel intended for the replica config
- Added ABS enabled versions of both vanilla frames and drum brakes
- Added 2-barrel carburetor for the Gavril V8s
- Added "High Performance Reproduction Radiator", it is about 1.5 times as effective as the non-performance version (see below)

- Renamed "High Performance Radiator" to "Reproduction Radiator" and made it available for both frames (the radiator hoses will not line up with any engine on the custom frame except for the new 153 CUI I4)
- Made "Concealed" config much less likely to spawn in traffic
- Updated both tractor configs
- Redid thumbnails again
