SG's Bruckell Nine Pack 1.2.4

This update brings the 'Mileage Four' improvements I made in my Bruckell Moonhawk Miser mod to this

• Changes to the aforemented engine include:
  • Retuned stock engine (slightly more powerful) and ultra heavy duty long block
    • Slightly nerfed superchargers to compensate for this
  • Engine isn't as strong against overtorque anymore
    • Added special drag long block to compensate for this, it is identical to the ultra heavy duty long block but stronger
  • Exhaust now has an effect on power
  • Hopefully improved engine stalling a little when using clutch assist?
  • Adjusted value of some parts

• Otherwise:
  • Updated "Not Half Drag" config to use new drag long block
  • Updated thumbnails and some config info
  • Fixed N2O + pickup bed conflict on "Driver Seat & Fuel Tank (SG)" without cut body installed
