updated for new sunburst and windshield plate as well

added moonhawk plates
windshield plates coming whenever i stop being lazy

Added plates for the new custom bumper and a plate for the facelift
thats all cause im lazy

Added plates for the H-series sans bullbar bumper cause there was nowhere to put them.

support for the new BX and its new bumpers. The windshield plates are WIP. the old BX should still work but i havent really tested it.

Not all the T-Series bumpers work. I got lazy, sorry. Might do the rest later.

Fixed the covet plates. Turns out more then just the naming scheme was broken. Sadly I can't get anything other then the normal bumper working, as there is no alt front bumper slots for me to use.
Oh and the Bolide now has left and right mounted plates for the normal and GTT bumpers.
Next up I'll try to fix the 200BX plates and maybe add the SBR4?
