Alpha Single Cylinder engine for the wigeon and pigeon 0.2

This update tries to fix the rough engine sounds with something more 2 stroke sounding. Hopefuly it sounds better

i also added a CVT transmission as it would make sense for an engine like this.

Also made the engine slightly weaker as it was too powerful for a single cylinder. {Doesn't like going over 55MPH/95KMH}
