skel's pack of general stuff new configuration

- changed mod file name to "skel_general", delete the old "jarring" mod file if it's still there for any reason
- new 'stock car' livery and pairing configuration

at least, i think i did
what i did was i removed the mod files from the original zipped folder, made a new autobello folder, put that in a new vehicles folder, than replaced the mod files in the autobello folder (i probably should have done that beforehand), and then finally put all of it back into a zipped folder
maybe it worked, i don't know, but that's what i interpreted i had to do from the private message
