Slim heNPC SFX replaces the boring traffic horn-only reactions in BeamNG.drive with voiced NPC reactions and police pursuit voice lines.
The mod currently includes 186 voice lines in total:
You can configure the languages directly in:
- 75 German NPC lines
- 50 English NPC lines
- 31 German police lines
- 30 English police lines
ESC → Mods → Slim heNPC SFX
NPC and Police voices can be enabled separately for German and English.
If both languages are enabled, the mod uses a mixed voice pool.
If both NPC languages are disabled, normal traffic returns to the original horn behavior.
For civilian traffic, the mod uses roughly 80% voice lines / 20% original horn sounds.
Police voice lines are triggered during active pursuits and are played from pursuing police vehicles.
The mod is designed to work in normal Freeroam, Career Mode and has also been tested successfully with RLS Career Overhaul.
