Beta South Balkan License Plate Pack 0.3.0

Hello again!
As you might know this is one of my "older" mods and since I have improved a lot since I made this mod, I decided to slowly rework it to bring it to my current standards and add more plate styles. As per two recent requests, I started this mod rework with Greece

This is the first part of the Greece rework which reworks the plates already in the mod with better textures and placements as well as adding various other plate styles currently in use.

The second part of the rework will follow in the coming months and will include older Greek plates.

Here's a small overview of what was reworked:
-added square format support
-reworked font and textures
-added shared file system for smaller file size
-removed old and motorcycle regional codes from generator
-improved spacing to match IRL plates
-added various other plate styles including: tax-exempt vehicles, taxis, classic vehicles, diplomatic plates, plates for consular staff and the license plates of Mount Athos
-removed "Rear License Plate 2" and switched to the system used in my Middle East pack
