Beta South Balkan License Plate Pack 0.3.0

Hello again!
As you might know this is one of my "older" mods and since I have improved a lot since I made this mod, I decided to slowly rework it to bring it to my current standards and add more plate styles. As per two recent requests, I started this mod rework with Greece

Here is a list of all the changes coming with this update:
-added Greek trailer license plates
-added Greek truck license plates
-added dynamic sticker system for all Greek license plates
-reworked the sticker system for North Macedonia
-adjusted text position on North Macedonian license plates
-made North Macedonian letter "K" more realistic
-added proper spacing to Montenegrin plates
-added a better version of "Rear Yellow Plate"; now "Rear Plate 2"
