Unsupported Spanish Police Roamer Pack 3.7.0

• Updated the whole mod in order to be fully compatible with 0.5

• Added as a separate set of cars (no longer mixed with the stock Roamer/D15). Every car now features:

1. Custom name, image and description in the vehicle menu.
2. Custom Roamer 4X4 XT base model with european specs (Clear indicators, wide rear bumper license plate area)
3. Custom white exterior base color for all cars, painting over the black trim arround the car.
