Speed Island 2.52

I have added a Rally Race time trial as well as hopefully solved a few other issues. I hope to someday add a high speed race with AI cars but we will see how it goes. I Imagine racing a few laps with some wild ai cars. That could be interesting.

Change log:

gameplay:
-added a Rally time trial and adjusted the Figure8 time trial settings
-smoothed out some terrain and fixed some floating meshes
-wood bridge should no longer pop your tires

Performance:
-removed all road architect details and replaced them with standard decals. They have been known to cause performance issues.
-added tread mark decals to the figure 8
-removed some overly dense foliage and made some other minor changes to help improve performance
