Outdated Spicer Twinstick and Eaton 18-Speed trans 2.1

- Added Two new and unique transmissions( Eaton 18-speed and spicer 6+4). These can be fitted to both the T-series and the Wentward 5000/5100 series
- Added 3 sets of animated shifters for both main transmission and range/splitter or aux transmission. these can also be fitted to either the T-series or Wentward.
- Added versions of SebastianJDM's gearboxes that would work with the animated shifters

- Added two new config's (T-series Long-Haul 18 speed and Wentward 5170 Twinstick)
